Star Tracks Astro Events is committed to providing a quality service at all its events
However, our evenings are weather dependent, and we cannot control what the weather will bring. If the weather is unfavourable for stargazing, our team has an excellent backup indoor program with big screen presentations, latest space research information, fun space videos, games/space quiz for kids and Q & A. We also provide a demonstration of the telescopes.
If you would prefer to cancel and reschedule for a later date, we would need to know 4 hours prior to the actual event. We will then work with you to schedule a new date for your event.
Our astronomers use the latest weather Apps to closely follow the weather and to the best of their knowledge, will provide advice about the weather on your night.
Your safety is our main concern, however we are not liable for any injury, loss of property, or personal belongings while at a stargazing event.

Delivery Policy:
- Shipping Methods:We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs. We currently use Australia Post or Pack & Send.
- Shipping Charges:Shipping charges are based on a flat fee. This usually means we cover some of the shipping charges as postage can be unpredictable. Purchases over $100 on retail prices are shipped free.
- Delivery Time:Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- International Shipping:For international orders, please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Order Tracking:You can track your order using the provided tracking number. If you encounter any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Returns Policy:
- Returns Eligibility:We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the product, for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Return Process:To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Refund Process:Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Exchanges:If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship out the exchange item promptly.
- Damaged or Defective Items:If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
