Weather Notice – This event will go ahead rain, hail or shine.  We have an excellent indoor program with big screen presentations, space animations, telescope demonstrations plus space games and a space quiz with prizes for the kids.

• Spaces are limited and bookings are essential.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult and be supervised at all times.
• Payment for tickets to events held by Star Tracks Astro Events is not refundable. Please choose carefully when making your purchase.
• Sometimes our events will be photographed and/or videoed and images will be used for promotional and marketing purposes, including website and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed or videoed please let us know when you book tickets or on the day of the event.
• On the day of the event, if you’re feeling unwell, have flu-like symptoms or have an eye infection, please do not attend. Please call to cancel your booking. If possible, your booking will be transferred to another event date. Or, if circumstances require, a full refund will be issued.
