WHAT IF IT’S CLOUDY OR RAINING?

The event will go ahead regardless of weather. Sometimes it can be cloudy or wet. In these circumstances, Star Tracks Astro Events strives to arrange the event to give ourselves the best chance of participating in outdoor activities. If the weather restricts us from being outside, a range of alternative activities, assistance and demonstrations will be held inside or on a covered verandah for you to enjoy.

Star Tracks Astro Events are dedicated to providing accessible and inclusive stargazing experiences for all individuals, regardless of ability. We can provide practical strategies for ensuring every guest has an enjoyable and safe experience under the stars.  Please contact us prior to an event so we can discuss your accessibility challenges and plan accordingly.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Spaces are limited and bookings are essential.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult and be supervised at all times.
• Payment for tickets to events held by Star Tracks Astro Events is not refundable. Please choose carefully when making your purchase.
• Sometimes our events will be photographed and/or videoed and images will be used for promotional and marketing purposes, including website and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed or videoed please let us know when you book tickets or on the day of the event.
• On the day of the event, if you’re feeling unwell, have flu-like symptoms or have an eye infection, please do not attend. Please call to cancel your booking. If possible, your booking will be transferred to another event date. Or, if circumstances require, a full refund will be issued.
